Angela Colter is the Acting Executive Director of 18F in the Technology Transformation Services (TTS). She leads a team of innovation specialists in partnerships with other federal agencies to improve the user experience of government She is also a published author and speaker on usability, accessibility, and designing for people with low-literacy skills.
